Physicals for Winter sports will be held in the nurse’s office at the High School on the following date:

 Thursday November 2nd for Students at the High School

8:00am – 10:00 Wrestling

10:00-12:00 Girls Basketball

12:30-2:30 Boys basketball

Thursday November 9th for LB Morris Jr. High athletes @ 9:00am

Jr .High Wrestling 7^th and 8^th grade

Jr. High Boys basketball 7^th and 8^th grade

Thursday  November 9th for Penn Kidder Jr. High athletes @ 12:30pm

Jr .High Wrestling 7^th and 8^th grade

Jr. High Boys basketball 7^th and 8^th grade

To receive a Physical you must present a signed Physical card and all other information to the nurse on the day of the physical. If your card is not signed by a parent or guardian you will not receive your physical.

If you miss the physical date, you will be responsible for making arrangements and paying for your exam.

No one may practice or play without having a signed physical card on file in the Athletic Director’s office.

Physical cards can be picked up in the office.
