LVHN - Coordinated Health is pleased to offer complimentary PIAA sports physicals for our athletes. Spring Sports physicals will be held at the High School nurse's office on Wednesday February 26th beginning at 4:30pm to 7:00pm
Track and Field 4:30-5:30 Grades 7-12
Baseball 5:30-6:05 Grades 9-12
Softball 6:05-6:40 Grades 9-12
Boys Tennis- 6:40-7:00 Grades 9-12

Sections 1-5 of the physical form must be completed and turned in at the time of the physical. Section 6 will be completed by the physician. All students will need to have a completed physical on file to be able to start Spring sports practices. This includes Fall and Winter season athletes.
If you wear glasses or contacts please bring them for the vision screening portion of the exam.
The first official day for Spring Sports practices is March 3.
